There is something poetic about the way light interacts with a person right before a major change in their life.

For this session, I wanted to play with the raw energy of the sun. By using mirrors to redirect and sculpt the natural sunlight into the room, we created these sharp, dramatic highlights that emphasize the graceful lines and strength of the subject.

This shoot was particularly special as it was our final session together before she departs for a new life in Asia. The light here feels like a bridge between chapters—a warm goodbye to the familiar and a bright, glowing welcome to the unknown. A new beginning, captured in a single beam of light.
